Call for presentations
The Committee of QCAL invites expressions of interest for presentations of lectures and workshop presentations for this conference. All presentations should address the conference theme.
Closing date for abstracts: 1 September 2009
Keynote Speakers:
- Dr John Benseman, Upskilling Principal Researcher, Department of Labour, New Zealand
- Mr Ron Cox, Director, Adult & Vocational Education & Training, Queensland Corrective Services
- Dr Sarah Prestridge, Lecturer, Computers in Education, Griffith University.
Conference participants may include adult literacy and numeracy practitioners, vocational teachers and trainers, prison educators, volunteer tutors, policy makers, academics and tertiary students.
Submit abstracts for lectures and seminars (40 mins + 10 mins for questions) or workshop presentations (1.5 hrs) using the abstract submission form (PDF 25KB). Please submit abstracts to: info@qcal.org.au by 1 September 2009.
